HEY....its my birthday and I'll CRY if I want to!

Despite the image above....I had a nice birthday. I laughed a little, cried a little and basically had some attitude throughout the day if the mood striked me. Before I get into my birthday, let me tell you about the past week and weekend.

My Mommy watched my cousin Kylie on Tuesday. I was like her tail....ever where she went I did too. We had a really fun time playing. Kylie pushed me on my Dora car, we played with my busy ball bopper and Mommy read to us. I watched the Little Mermaid for the first time and I loved it. On Saturday my Grandma Rosemary came into town for the week to celebrate my birthday. My Daddy also came into town too so we got to hang out and play. I got a really pretty bracelet from him for my birthday (he got one to so we could match). Sunday my Grandma, Mommy and I went to a family gathering for my Tia Celena. Madison was there and of course we got to play, eat and chop it up. Overall it was a really fun weekend.

Now, back to my birthday which was yesterday. As the above picture shows I had a bit of the birthday crabbies. Yes, I had much attitude....and I think it was because it was my day and I can cry if I want to. I did wake up in a good mood though....laughing and getting my morning snuggles from Mommy. Mommy and Grandma sang Happy Birthday to me in bed . Then my Daddy called and sang Happy Birthday too. Grandma took Mommy and I out to breakfast and I shared pancakes with Mommy. They were so good....GOSH I love that maple syrup. After they took me to get my pictures taken and then we did some running around and came back to the house for my Birthday dinner. My Papa Algis, Tia's Shimi and Dina, and Cousin Reyna came over to celebrate. Grandma made pancit noodles and they were so good (as you can see from the pictures). We ended my shindig with a birthday cake and of course a Happy Birthday to ME!

A Hula of a Weekend.....

This weekend was pretty lounge. Friday I went to the city to visit my Tia Krissy. Tio Eliseo came along too and he was lucky enough to have me singing him a sweet lullaby all the way there....I kid I kid. I was actually fighting my sleep and wasn't a HAPPY camper....I don't like you sleep. I finally took my nap and when I woke up I was at my Tia Krissy's work. It was pretty cool I got to meet new people and they seem to think I was adorable....tell me something I don't know. After we all went to Mitchell's and I got to have my very own scoop of mango ice cream and boy it was yummy to my tummy. Then we drove back home and met up with my Tia Shimi and had dinner.

Saturday I got to spend some time with Papa Algis and Nana Susie while my mommy went for a hike. My BFF Madison came over and we got to hang out which is always fun. When my mommy got back we all went to have lunch.

Sunday was Father's Day so when I woke up I called my Daddy to wish him a Happy Father's Day. Then we got ready to go a see Kamalani's Hula Show. I absolutely LOVED it. The costumes, music and dancing was awesome....it was so good that I was even shaking it and singing along. After Tia Shimi treated us all to ice cream and then we went home.

So that was my weekend. I had another great one!

Life's a Beach....and I LOVE IT!

Yesterday was my Mommy's birthday so I drove her to Santa Cruz.



We had a great time. We walked around downtown and then we took a nice stroll down Cliff Drive and watched the surfers and just enjoyed being at the beach. I was bummed out though cause it was a little breezy so we couldn't play in water but just being there was enough. We shared lunch and just hung out together....it was fun. Can't wait to go back.

Irelan's E! True Story: My Life is so Rough!

Another great weekend! We had visitors this weekend....Uncle Daniel, Auntie Nicole, and My Cousins Alexis and Kylie were down and my favorite person of all to come and visit was my Daddy. We had so much fun. Let me tell you the 411 on my weekend.

Saturday Mommy and Me went to my Tia Celena's Farewell Bar-Q. She is leaving to New York to attend Columbia University. I am so proud of her....Go Tia Celena! My girl Madison was there and we had fun chatting, eating and just hanging out. Again I was amongst great people and good FOOD! I was so beat from having so much fun I took a little snoozer and when I woke I was back at home and my Daddy came in with toys for me. He got me a pool, a Dora car and a lawn mower. I think my favorite toy is the Dora car. We had so much fun playing and being silly.

Sunday my Daddy went back home and I got to hang out with my Papa Algis and Nana Susie while my Mommy ran some errands. I always have a blast with Papa and Nana Susie. We ended the weekend by having dinner at my Tia Krissy's house to celebrate my Tio Eliseo's Birthday. Again another exciting weekend.
